Terms of Service
Last updated: April 25, 2026
Acceptance
By downloading, installing, or using CineWall, you agree to these terms.
License
CineWall grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal or internal use, subject to the license tier you obtained.
Free and Pro features
Some features are available for free, while others require a Pro unlock. A 7-day trial may be offered for certain Pro functionality. Trial availability, feature gating, and pricing may change in future versions.
Updates
CineWall may provide updates, fixes, or feature changes over time. Some updates may be delivered through the app’s built-in updater.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use CineWall in a way that violates applicable law, infringes others’ rights, or attempts to bypass licensing, activation, or service protections.
Third-party services
CineWall may rely on third-party services for payments, licensing, hosting, analytics, and update delivery. Those services may have their own terms and policies.
No warranty
CineWall is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CineWall and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the app or website.
Refunds and billing
Payments, billing, and refunds are handled by the payment provider used at checkout. Any refund handling may be subject to that provider’s systems and policies.
Changes
These terms may be updated over time. Continued use of CineWall after changes means you accept the updated terms.
